Policy

All items are non refundable because everything is handmade and made to order! If something has broken in the mail, you have 1-2 business days to email me a picture. If you order something that might be sold out or no longer in stock, I will directly contact you about a refund or exchange item!

Material

Stones are authentically sourced to create the highest quality of jewelry. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Gold-filled and sterling silver jewelry are non-tarnishable with the right care! Light water exposure is okay but refrain from applying skincare products, perfumes or extreme moisture.

Gold plated and silver plated jewelry can tarnish if not taken care of properly. Please do not expose jewelry to water, skincare products or perfumes as this will expedite the tarnish on the metals.
